one Katletki at a time.
Katletki is immigrant woman owned business with a mission of bringing healthy Slavic cuisine for America to enjoy at home and on the go.
We handcraft our products with no-food-waste mentality.
We believe in balanced meat/veggie diet.
We are proud to be a part of La Cocina Incubator Program.
My name is Anya Kern and I’m a refugee from Belarus. Katletki is my first business creation. I love to cook and I love new business ideas. One day I asked myself: why don’t Americans know about Katletki, the most famous food in the whole Russian speaking world? I guess there was nobody to tell them why Katletki are so famous. So here I am, introducing Katletki to America:
Katletki are healthy Slavic meatballs made of home grounded natural meats, veggies and/or bread, seasoned only with herbs and spices. However, let’s talk not just about the list of ingredients, let’s talk about the things we believe.
This is why you’ll fall in love with our Katletki. And they taste pretty darn good! Juicy, soft, and flavorful. No sauce needed like for boring meatballs.
So here I am, bringing healthy Katletki to all of America, raising awareness about food waste, and making veggies and meat best friends again.
